"I understand that everyone wants to do business, but in our country some people want to make themselves gods, which leads to incidents like the suicide of Shant Singh Rajput," he said.

Talking about working in the industry, the Indian singer said that he was lucky that he did not face any such incident and he too would have been expelled from the industry, but Sonu Nigam was a newcomer to the industry.
