  The Real Reason Mr.Bean Ended

You'd be surprised to know that only 14 episodes of Mr.Bean were released but why did it end so quickly after achieving alot of success in the world.

   The character of Mr.Bean was played by "Rowan Atkinson"
   He is from England this man who plays a dumb man  
   character in Mr.Bean is actually an Electrical Engineer 
   Rowan graduated from one of the world's best universties
   in the world "Oxford University". He was very fond of acting
   and used to perform theater in the university.

     Rowan used to like a french film "Mr.Hulot's Holiday". Its was also a silent comedy, after watching this movie he thought that he would also play a role of a silent comedy character and that's what made him think of a character like Mr.Bean. He used to stand in front of mirror and make strange movements with his face and body.

He also performed this character at many places and people used to laugh alot after seeing this character, that's where he came into the attention of some british producers.

   
Now the question is that how this character got the 
name Mr.Bean..?    

Rowan and his producers wanted the character to be named of any vegetable's name so that people laugh more, earlier they were naming this character "Mr.Carrot" means Carrot.
But then they finally choose a name "Mr.Bean". The first episode of Mr.Bean was released in 1990.

For the next five years only 14 episodes were released of it,
and in 1995 this show ended. By then Mr.Bean's character had become famous all over the world, his face was recognizable everywhere, this show was earning good earning but then Mr.Bean slowly starting to disappeared. Although he did 2 movies but Mr.bean character was fading.

What was the reason for it..? the reason was Rowan aktinson himself, he didn't want to perform Mr.bean anymore. For many years Rowan didn't talk about it but then he said wherever he goes people didn't believe it was Mr.Bean as he is a very serious man in his normal life. He feared that he would always be known as a dumb character like Mr.bean. He also thought that if he always played the role of Mr.bean he wouldn't be able to do any other character, people will not believe that Mr.bean is doing a serious character, Rowan also said that Mr.bean character is now finish because he is old now now and such character will not suit him. As he got older, it was difficult for him to do physical comedy which is Mr.bean's identity.
